Auto Technician-Diagnostic

Job description

Performs repair services and mechanical work in the Service Center to meet customer satisfaction and service sales targets. Executes repairs correctly the first time, identifies vehicle damage and informs the foreman and service advisor, handles vehicles and belongings with care, carries out after‑sales responsibilities according to company policies, receives technical bulletins to enhance skills, supports center marketing campaigns, coordinates with service teams to meet operational goals, maintains tool inventory to avoid rework, uses facilities and equipment safely, clocks in and out for each order, and keeps the workshop clean and professional.
