Senior Manager Business Development & Investment Management

Job description

the employer is seeking a Senior Manager Business Development & Investment Management to join the Business Development team in Riyadh. The role focuses on financial underwriting, feasibility analysis, investment proposal development, and bid management for industrial and logistics real estate developments and acquisitions. The Senior Manager evaluates new opportunities, shapes value propositions, and drives disciplined growth. Responsibilities include leading feasibility studies, developing advanced financial models, coordinating inputs from Development, Finance, Legal, and Asset Management, and validating key assumptions. Prepares investment memoranda and business cases, delivers presentations to Investment Committee and Board, and manages end-to-end bid preparation and submission. Collaborates with Senior BD Manager - Market Intelligence & Origination to screen and advance opportunities, engages with tenants, investors, partners, advisors, and government entities

Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in business development and investment management
• proficient in financial modeling including DCF, IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analysis
• experience conducting feasibility studies
• proficient in preparing investment memoranda and business cases
• experience in bid management and RFP submissions
• knowledge of industrial and logistics real estate sector
• proficient in coordinating with Development, Finance, Legal, and Asset Management teams
• proficient in preparing and delivering presentations to senior committees
• proficient in maintaining underwriting tools and market benchmarks
• proficient in stakeholder engagement with tenants, investors, partners, and government entities
