About the Role: the employer is seeking a Parts Advisor to join its team in Riyadh. The role manages parts sales and supports both retail customers and service operations to ensure efficient processing and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities: greet walk‑in retail customers and identify correct parts and accessories based on customer and vehicle needs; accurately process retail and service parts sales orders in SAP, applying correct pricing, discounts, and invoicing per the employer policy; promote accessories and value‑added offers to maximize basket size and meet sales targets; coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to meet parts needs for scheduled and walk‑in jobs; pick, verify and issue parts against repair orders promptly to reduce vehicle turnaround time; follow up on back‑ordered items and inform service teams and customers of availability; respond to inquiries on part availability, pricing and compatibility; handle first‑line complaints on parts sales and escalate complex issues; process returns, exchanges and warranty claims according to SOPs; maintain accurate records of retail and service transactions and reconcile cash and stock daily; generate daily/weekly sales activity reports for the Parts Operations Assistant Manager; support month‑end stock and sales reconciliation; adhere to the employer aftersales SOPs and keep the parts counter area clean, organized and safe

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in a similar parts advisory or sales position
• knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• proficiency in processing sales orders and managing inventory
• strong customer service skills
• attention to detail in processing transactions
• ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams
• familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems
