Job description

the employer seeks a dedicated Concrete and Finishes Supervisor for its Dammam, Eastern Province site. Responsibilities: direct supervision of concrete and finishing works on site; monitoring labor and subcontractors and organizing daily tasks; executing and monitoring work according to construction drawings and technical specifications; reading and interpreting civil and architectural drawings; monitoring level control activities and using level tools efficiently; continuous coordination with site engineers and project management; ensuring quality compliance with specifications; tracking material requirements and ensuring timely availability; adhering to occupational safety procedures; resolving field issues and taking appropriate actions; preparing and following up daily progress reports

Requirements

• practical experience of at least 10 years in concrete and finishing works
• strong field experience supervising execution of works
• proficiency in reading and interpreting civil and architectural drawings and applying them on site
• proficiency in using level control tools (Level)
• commitment to occupational safety requirements and preparing daily progress reports
