Landscape Architect

About the Role the employer Group is looking for an experienced Landscape Architect to support a client on large-scale, mixed-use residential projects in Saudi Arabia. This position will be based full-time at the client's office in Riyadh. The role includes landscape design review, project coordination, and site stewardship activities, requiring strong technical capabilities and effective communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and review landscape design through concept, detailed design and construction phases. Review consultant requests to ensure compliance with client standards and project requirements. Coordination with architects, engineers, city designers and other disciplines. Support project management and design coordination activities. Provide technical support during site supervision, including shop drawings, materials and site inquiries. Participate in customer meetings and technical workshops. Support commercial and scope reviews associated with landscape design. Contribute to a collaborative and professional team environment. Experience and Background 8-10 years of experience in landscape design and technical review. Experience in residential communities, villas, apartments, commercial and retail developments, schools, parks and public domains. Experience working on large scale or master planned developments. Middle Eastern experience, the best in Saudi Arabia, is an advantage. Required Skills and Attributes Strong design and artistic judgment. Clear and confident communication skills. Comfortable working directly with clients. Good understanding of construction and site supervision. Commercial awareness related to design decisions. Proactive, organized and team-oriented approach. Work Environment This role is based in the client's office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working in a client-facing environment. The position requires collaboration with various disciplines and stakeholders to ensure project success
