Facilities Operations Supervisor

Job description

Supervise operation, maintenance and cleaning of sites and projects of the employer in the Eastern Province. Allocate tasks to work teams and monitor field execution. Oversee preventive, periodic and corrective maintenance. Receive fault reports and handle them. Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general technical works. Monitor cleanliness level and execution quality. Conduct inspection rounds, document observations and submit reports. Follow up with contractors and suppliers to ensure work quality. Ensure availability of materials and equipment and raise requisitions. Monitor occupational safety and health requirements. Prepare daily and periodic reports on site status, faults and completed works. Communicate with clients, receive feedback and address it. Track performance of workers and technicians to improve productivity and quality. Contribute to operational and maintenance planning to enhance site efficiency
