Customer Relations and Sales Manager

Job description

Enhances client relationships in the Makkah region. Follows up with prospective and existing customers and introduces them to the Center's services and programs. Communicates with companies and institutions and handles service request applications. Prepares commercial proposals and follows clients through contract completion. Addresses inquiries, documents client data, and tracks sales opportunities to achieve the Center's commercial goals
