HR CoE Assistant Manager

Remar announces its need for a HR CoE Assistant Manager to work in the Riyadh region. His position in our real estate development organization in Riyadh provides the opportunity to lead key HR initiatives, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support strategic workforce decisions. The role focuses on organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, and ensuring HR frameworks and practices are aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of HR experience, preferably within the HR Center of Excellence, Organizational Development, or Strategic HR functions, with proven experience managing HR projects, developing policy, and leading HR transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: 1. Lead the development and implementation of human resources policies, frameworks and strategic initiatives. 2. Manage performance management cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, and performance analysis. 3. Oversee organizational design, job evaluation, grading structures, and job architecture. 4. Manage compensation and benefits analysis, salary benchmarking, and internal equity reviews. 5. Lead workforce planning, workforce budgeting, and organizational capacity assessments. 6. Develop HR dashboards, analytics, and management reports to support strategic decisions. 7. Lead talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. 8. Identify and implement HR process improvements, automation, and digital transformation opportunities. 9. Collaborate with business leaders to ensure HR programs support organizational priorities
