Instrumentation Technician

Job description

Performs basic preventative maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing. Works with a mentor to achieve high customer satisfaction through direct contact. Explains policies and procedures to internal and external parties. Corrects or resolves issues in existing systems with minor changes. Utilizes specialized knowledge in commercial or technical operations as required.

Requirements

• 2‑year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Associate or Technical degree
• minimum 4 years experience
• proficiency in preventative maintenance, repair, and installation
• proficiency in customer communication
• knowledge applied domestically or in culturally similar neighboring countries
• ability to resolve issues within a defined job area
• proficiency in explaining policies and procedures to internal and external parties
