Senior CRM Consultant

Job description

the employer, operating in Mecca region, seeks a Senior CRM Consultant to configure, customize, integrate, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365. The consultant will lead end‑to‑end CRM solutioning for Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service modules. Gather and analyze business requirements, produce BRDs, FRDs and solution design documents. Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows and process flows. Build and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps components on Dataverse. Design and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and core banking systems via APIs. Own data migration using D365 import/export tools or SSIS. Develop plugins and custom the employer when needed (C#,.NET, JavaScript). Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot issues and handle change requests. Ensure solutions align with bank governance and SAMA compliance. Coordinate with QA for test planning and UAT support. Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge transfer
