Maintenance Supervisor - Power Generation

Job description

Supervises maintenance of large facilities for power generation and heavy industries. Oversees execution of maintenance tasks and provides technical leadership to teams. Ensures safe and reliable equipment operation. Coordinates preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. Monitors performance to identify continuous improvement opportunities. Participates in root cause analysis. Manages plant shutdowns and major maintenance activities. Collaborates with operations, engineering, and reliability departments and logs all work in a CMMS

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field
• experience in maintenance of power generation or heavy industrial facilities
• experience supervising or leading teams
• strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and reliability principles
• experience supervising critical equipment maintenance
• good familiarity with safety management systems and work permit requirements
• strong communication and leadership skills
• proficient in SAP PM or any CMMS platform
• proficient in Excel
• ability to lead corrective maintenance teams and comply with standards
