Operations Supervisor Assistant

Job description

The role supports the station supervisor in daily operational monitoring. Oversees station performance and monitors station inspectors' work. Ensures implementation of approved directives and procedures, reviews operational reports and addresses observations. Conducts field visits to verify station readiness, cleanliness, safety and service quality. Tracks sales, consignment, inventory, faults and complaints and prepares periodic performance reports for the station supervisor
