About the Role the employer is looking for a Technical Warehouse Keeper to join its team in Riyadh. This role is full-time and requires 0-1 years of experience, and focuses on managing material receipt, storage and dispensing efficiently and accurately. Purpose of the job The technical warehouse keeper is responsible for receiving materials coming into the warehouse, ensuring that they conform to the required quantities and specifications, and storing them correctly. The role also includes disbursing, preparing and shipping orders received from the competent authorities to ensure that operations run smoothly and effectively. Main tasks and responsibilities: Receiving various materials coming into the warehouse, matching their quantities and specifications, then storing them in accordance with their nature and the organization’s preservation policies and procedures. Identify and secure the necessary tools, supplies, devices, and equipment to ensure proper workflow, in accordance with approved policies and procedures. Preparing receipt notes for technical equipment and devices from specialized companies. Disbursing requests received from the competent authorities based on regulatory documents, and working on preparing and shipping devices and spare parts to the requesting official authorities. Preparing and submitting periodic work reports, documenting and storing them in an organized manner. Qualifications and Experience: 0 to 1 year of practical experience in a field related to warehouse or inventory management. Ability to accurately match quantities and specifications. Good knowledge of storage and disbursement policies and procedures. Work Environment The workplace is located in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The position is full-time and requires presence in the warehouse to manage daily operations.
