Treasury Manager

About the Role the employer is looking for a Treasury Manager to join its team. This role aims to directly supervise the planning and organization of the treasury department’s work and follow up on its operations, ensuring consistency with the approved operational plans and executive programs. The role requires a range of experience and is considered a full-time position. Key Duties and Responsibilities Participate in developing key objectives and establishing treasury management policies. Managing and monitoring various treasury-related businesses and operations, including settlement of financial statements, payment operations, transfers, delivery, and depositing cash and checks in banks. Follow up and direct cash flow forecasting and prepare cash flow statements, which include timelines and bank facility requirements. Ensuring daily and periodic reconciliations of statements and reports related to treasury operations, and reviewing and authorizing cash operations in accordance with approved regulations and policies. Ensure that all correspondence related to treasury operations is prepared and saved and documents and files are documented to ensure easy reference. Supervising the preparation of summaries and reports showing achievement rates, and presenting them to senior management while proposing appropriate corrective measures. Qualifications and Experience Practical experience ranging from in the field of treasury management or a related field. Ability to follow all approved administrative processes. Good understanding of financial statement reconciliation, payment and transfer processes. Required Skills Excellent planning and organization skills. Ability to ensure the efficient availability of technical and human resources. Skills in preparing reports and presenting to senior management. The ability to Proposing corrective actions and addressing challenges. Work Environment This position is available full time. You will work within a specialized team that aims to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness in treasury management.
