About the Role the employer is looking for a Finance Manager to join its team. The incumbent of this position participates full-time in developing key objectives of the financial department, directly supervises accounting and financial activities, and ensures the efficiency of daily operations. Main tasks and responsibilities Participate in developing the main objectives of financial management, and developing and implementing plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving these objectives. Ensuring the implementation of rules, regulations, decisions and instructions related to financial affairs, and developing financial strategies in accordance with the set goals. Supervising the determination of financial needs, return requirements, and the level of risk taking. Coordinating with other organizational units to determine their financial needs, following up on disbursement movements, ensuring that they are restricted based on the applicable financial rules, and submitting recommendations to senior management. Supervising the processes of preparing financial reports, balance sheets, analyzing final accounts, and organizing financial and accounting records and books. Reviewing employees’ work and directing them to follow accounting and financial systems and rules, ensuring the integrity of records and following up on their closure. Supervising the preparation of summaries and reports that show general achievement rates related to financial resources, presenting them to senior management, and informing them of challenges and developments. Experience Requirements: Experience ranging from in a field related to financial management or accounting. Work Environment This role is full-time, and requires supervision and guidance of employees to ensure that daily operations run as efficiently and effectively as possible, while ensuring the availability of all technical and human resources.
