About the employer the employer is looking for a CL Growth Enablement Manager to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning across Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is critical to driving commercial growth in the Warehousing and Distribution (WnD) sector. Role Overview The CL Growth Enablement Manager will be responsible for empowering the sales and account teams with the necessary tools, playbooks, training and pipeline support. This role focuses on securing and expanding the warehousing and distribution business through collaboration across product, solution engineering and sales departments. Key Responsibilities Develop WnD playbooks, battle cards, and value proposition content. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales and accounts teams. Providing support to deal formation and early stage qualification processes. Maintain and update the content library and RFP toolkit. Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and profit/loss trends. Identify and address capability or content gaps that may hinder growth. Coordinate enablement efforts across Product, Solutions Architecture, and Operations teams. Support the onboarding of new sales staff in the WnD portfolio. Qualifications and Competencies Strong knowledge of Warehousing and Distribution (WnD) operations. Experience in sales enablement, training design, and content development. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders. Having an analytical mindset. - Proficiency in facilitation, communication and program management skills.
