Finance Lead, Logistic Park (MLP)

Job description

A leadership role partnering with site operations, commercial, finance and business controlling to ensure organizational financial health. Guides financial strategy planning, maintains accurate reporting, and supports business decisions with data‑driven insights. Responsibilities include monitoring site budget and forecast, identifying growth and cost‑saving opportunities, providing financial highlights and lowlights to stakeholders, analyzing site performance and tracking KPIs, managing profitability at product and customer level versus business case and budget, controlling CAPEX spend against approved cases and accounting standards, developing asset inventory and overseeing physical counts, analyzing SG&A costs versus forecasts, coordinating financial activities such as payments and reconciliations, supporting working capital and funding needs, overseeing daily transactions in compliance with accounting principles, and delivering timely financial analysis and commentary to the Accounting Manager and Finance Business Partners
