This full-time position is located in, Saudi Arabia, and is critical to maintaining consistent service quality, efficient workflow, and adherence to company standards. Role Overview The Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of Wood Coffee's operations. This position involves monitoring key performance indicators, identifying areas for process improvement, and collaborating with various departments to implement changes that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Monitor stock levels and support branch sales performance. Track operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify process improvement opportunities. Support projects and initiatives, including new product launches, branch improvements, and training efforts. Maintain clear communication with management and branch teams. Preparing regular operational reports. Address operational issues as they arise. Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and company policies. WORK ENVIRONMENT This is a full-time, on-site position located in, Saudi Arabia, requiring active participation in the daily operations of the Wood Coffee branches
