About the employer the employer is looking for an Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple café locations. This is a full-time on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Area Manager plays a key role in ensuring consistent operating standards, product quality and excellent guest experience across all assigned stores. Role Overview The Area Manager is responsible for the overall performance and operational excellence of several café locations. This includes direct supervision of store managers, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing company policies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Supervise store managers to ensure operational effectiveness and adherence to company standards. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals. Manage staffing needs, including staffing and scheduling support throughout the region. Support training and development initiatives for all store employees. Consistently implement and enforce company policies and procedures. Improve inventory management practices and cost control measures. Review store reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with leadership on local marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence. Support the successful opening of new store locations. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements
