Venture Manager

Job description

Lead end-to-end development of new ventures from opportunity identification, validation, prototype launch, go‑to‑market execution to early‑stage scaling. Coordinate with Product, Technology, Growth, Legal, Finance and Operations teams, define and track KPIs, unit economics and growth metrics. Prepare investment materials and executive updates, manage timelines, budgets and resources, and build strategic partnerships and pilot programs. Mentor and support venture architects and cross‑functional teams, and make data‑driven recommendations to pivot or accelerate ventures. The environment offers full ownership, multi‑venture and multi‑market exposure across the Middle East, Europe and Southeast Asia, with fast cycles of 3‑10 months

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree with excellent academic performance from a top university
• MBA or Master’s degree is a plus
• 8+ years experience in venture building, startups, strategy consulting, venture capital, product or innovation roles
• experience leading zero‑to‑one initiatives and launching products or ventures in fast‑paced ambiguous environments
• experience at a venture‑backed startup, top‑tier consulting firm, VC fund or venture studio
• highly analytical and proficient in building business cases, financial models, operating plans and strategic recommendations
• knowledge of lean startup and agile methodologies and ability to apply them
• highly execution‑oriented with balanced strategic thinking
• strong stakeholder management and communication skills engaging senior leadership and cross‑functional teams
• bonus: background in product management, growth, venture investing or founder experience
