Job description

The role of a Digital Transformation Consultant involves structuring analytics, working with clients to identify transformation roadmaps, and supporting the development of digital strategies. It requires working closely with senior consultants and directors to develop digital transformation strategies, conducting business process analysis, and proposing data-driven digital solutions. Additionally, it includes participating in client meetings and workshops, contributing to discussions and ideas, and obtaining ownership of structured analytics and stories to convey key findings. The consultant must assist in implementing digital solutions and support change management initiatives, develop strong relationships with clients by presenting results in a clear and organized manner, and collaborate with teams to ensure the smooth implementation of transformation initiatives. Furthermore, the consultant should contribute to reports and presentations by translating complex information into clear insights and visual representations

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• more than two years of experience in a client-facing consulting role
• ability to aggregate complex data into clear business insights
• strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel for organizing analytics and reports
• understanding of emerging technologies (AI, RPA, IoT, Cloud, etc.)
• Knowledge of digital transformation frameworks and IT governance
• Change Management
