The Role We are looking for dedicated sales professionals to drive the adoption of the employer products at universities and colleges. Responsibilities • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, building on our strong existing presence and driving growth across the Middle East region. Meet or exceed sales goals. • Craft your territory sales plan and execute on that plan. • Drive pipeline generation and rigorously progress opportunities through the sales cycle to achieve quarterly sales targets. • Conduct proactive daily outreach and schedule high-quality meetings and product demos to generate and qualify new business opportunities. • Present the product, online and in-person, to researchers, teaching faculty and academic librarians. • Leverage industry trends and market insights to develop actionable account strategies that drive sales performance. • Work effectively with other team members to deliver on sales targets, team projects and campaigns. • Attend tradeshows and participate in other marketing activities

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, STEM Publishing or SaaS.
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic language.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in person and online.
• Experienced with Salesforce and platforms such as Hubspot.
• Confidence in dealing with clients and product users.
• Self-motivated, initiative, results-oriented and willing to learn new skills.
• A drive to succeed and a proven ability to be resilient and overcome challenges.
