Job description

Supports the restaurant manager in supervising daily restaurant operations. Ensures exceptional customer service and maintains food quality and safety standards. Oversees staff and assists in achieving sales and profitability targets. Creates a positive dining experience. Manages shift schedules and monitors attendance. Trains new employees and provides ongoing training. Resolves customer complaints promptly. Monitors food quality, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance. Contributes to inventory management, supply ordering, and control of food and labor costs. Handles cash management, budget recording, and prepares daily sales reports. Supports recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance evaluation. Ensures compliance with company policies, licenses, procedures, and local regulations. Helps achieve sales goals and improve operational efficiency. Acts as interim restaurant manager during absences
