Job description

The Emergency Nurse 4 leads nursing unit processes and ensures the highest standards of patient care. Optimizes operational workflows. Mentors junior staff. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to enhance efficiency and achieve organizational goals. Contributes to strategic initiatives to improve nursing practices and develops protocols to boost patient safety and operational efficiency. Drives staff engagement, improves patient experience, and maintains high-quality care and safety. Supports nurse empowerment through the professional practice model. Provides advanced nursing care, manages complex cases, and mentors junior nurses. Ensures compliance with clinical protocols and quality standards. Coordinates seamless patient care with various clinical teams. Supports critical decision‑making and implements identified improvements. Meets the mandated level‑4 activity set per the Clinical Advancement Program. Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care from admission to discharge. Provides patient and family education respecting privacy, dignity, preferences, and culture. Precepts new hires and trainees, offering progress recommendations. Responds promptly to emergencies using clinical skills, critical thinking, and evidence‑based practice. Performs a wide range of nursing procedures in Emergency facilities with accuracy, safety, patient comfort, and a clean, organized environment.

Requirements

• International Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Professional certifications required
• Current licensure as a registered nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Minimum 6 years experience including 3 years in Emergency Care
• Fully proficient in English
• Preferred proficiency in Arabic
