Job description

The Clinical Nurse Educator 1 (CNE1) is responsible for enhancing the knowledge, clinical skills, and competencies of nursing staff within the Organization. The CNE will play a critical role in supporting clinical excellence through education, mentorship, and the implementation of evidence-based practices. This position requires a strong background in clinical nursing, education, and project management. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical practice education, developing and evaluating educational programs, promoting a culture of inquiry and critical thinking, providing direct clinical support, and establishing mentorship and preceptorship programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required
• Master's and/or clinical teaching certificate are preferred
• Current licensure as a professional registered nurse is required
• Demonstrated strong Oral and Written Communication Skills, Project Management, Quality Improvement, Change management, Time Management, and Organizational skills are required
• Minimum 6 years of applicable experience
• Languages: English: Fully Proficient
• Arabic: Preferred
