Job Description Lead the company’s marketing and sales activities to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, strengthen the brand, and achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies aligned with business objectives. - Lead sales activities across branches, digital channels, corporate, government, and event-based opportunities. - Set and monitor sales targets, forecasts, KPIs, and revenue performance. - Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships with key clients and organizations. - Oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, digital marketing, and brand activities. - Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. - Lead and develop the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams and ensure performance against targets. - Oversee customer service and ensure customer feedback and complaints are effectively addressed. - Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations to support business growth. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in the food, restaurant, or retail sector. - Proven experience in sales management, business development, and achieving revenue targets. - Experience with digital marketing, sales channels, partnerships, and customer relationship management. - Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
