At least 5 years of experience in the field of real estate development and project management. He holds the accreditation of the Saudi Council of Engineers. Good knowledge of the rules and regulations of the real estate sector in the Kingdom. High leadership and organizational skills. Ability to manage work teams and communicate effectively with all parties. Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.
