Job description
This role is the backbone for providing the information system and ensuring its continuity across all hotel departments. Leads the information systems team and oversees preventive maintenance; coordinates immediate repairs; implements software updates and infrastructure upgrades; participates in emergency plans to ensure security; reviews user rights periodically; promotes continuous training to maintain departmental efficiency
Requirements
- experience with managing IT systems in hotels
- proficiency in English writing and speaking
- degree in IT or related field
