He is responsible for preparing technical studies, analyzing tender documents, reviewing contracts, preparing technical and commercial offers, and managing the contractual aspects of projects in a way that achieves the company’s interests and ensures compliance with technical and contractual requirements. Tasks and responsibilities: Study and analyze tender documents. Preparing and reviewing technical offers. Review contracts, conditions and risk analysis. Review drawings and bills of quantities. Preparing studies and reports. Follow up on change orders and claims. Coordination with relevant departments. Providing technical and contractual recommendations. Develop contract management procedures. Perform any other related tasks

Requirements

• · Practical experience in road construction projects
• · Ability to prepare technical studies and prepare reports
• · The skill of analyzing tender documents and preparing and reviewing technical offers
• · Familiarity with reviewing contracts and terms, risk analysis and managing contractual aspects
• · Ability to review drawings, bills of quantities, and follow up on change orders and claims
