Lab Manager

Job description

Manage daily lab operations and supervise the work team. Oversee the inspection of raw materials and products during production stages. Ensure products meet specifications and approved quality standards. Supervise the implementation of tests and analyses and document results. Prepare quality reports and laboratory results on a regular basis. Follow up on non-conformance cases and take corrective actions. Ensure the application of food safety and hygiene requirements within the lab

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science
• Microbiology
• Chemistry or a related field
• previous experience in food lab management or quality control
• knowledge of HACCP and ISO 22000 systems
• high accuracy and ability to analyze results and prepare reports
• leadership, organizational, and team management skills
