The Heavy Truck Workshop Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing mechanical and electrical maintenance and diagnosing faults in trucks. He is responsible for managing technicians, assigning tasks, and monitoring work quality, in addition to being familiar with safety and occupational health procedures within the workshop

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field
• experience in supervising heavy truck maintenance workshops
• knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance and fault diagnosis for trucks
• ability to manage technicians, assign tasks, and monitor work quality
• familiarity with safety and occupational health procedures within the workshop
• preferred to have previous experience in transportation or heavy truck maintenance companies
