Heavy Truck Maintenance Manager

Job description

We are seeking a Heavy Truck Maintenance Manager in Qassim, Saudi Arabia. The responsibilities include managing daily maintenance of heavy trucks, developing maintenance strategies, improving maintenance quality, reducing vehicle downtime, and optimizing maintenance costs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy-duty truck maintenance, including at least 5 years in a managerial position
• Extensive hands-on experience in heavy-duty truck maintenance
• Strong technical knowledge of heavy trucks, including maintenance systems, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs
• Proven experience managing multiple heavy truck workshops and leading maintenance teams across different branches
• Demonstrated ability to improve maintenance quality, reduce vehicle downtime, and optimize maintenance costs
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
