Maintenance Field Service Representative

Job description

We are seeking a Maintenance Field Service Representative to work on military aviation projects and support ERP system users in military maintenance environments. The candidate will be responsible for providing field technical support, assisting maintenance teams, training users, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the optimal use of the ERP system. Tasks include providing direct technical support, assisting users in executing maintenance operations, monitoring work orders and maintenance plans, diagnosing technical problems, and training and qualifying technicians and engineers

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Maintenance, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• At least 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or military equipment
• Proficient in English language speaking and writing at an excellent level
• High ability to analyze faults and solve technical problems
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
