Maintenance Team Leader

Job description

We are seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and monitoring daily maintenance activities; ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed efficiently in line with company standards; preparing operational reports, maintenance records, and performance metrics; assisting in budget preparation and monitoring maintenance-related expenditures; ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies; identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency; providing technical guidance and support to maintenance staff

Requirements

• Proficient in planning, assigning, and monitoring daily maintenance activities
• proficient in ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed according to company standards
• knowledge of preparing operational reports, maintenance records, and performance metrics
• experience with budget preparation and monitoring maintenance expenditures
• familiarity with health, safety, and company policy compliance
• ability to identify process improvement and efficiency opportunities
• proficient in providing technical guidance and support to maintenance staff
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
• minimum 3 years experience in maintenance operations, facilities management, or residential compound maintenance
• strong leadership and people management skills
• knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and basic financial management
• excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
