Job description

The Operator role involves communicating and delivering information in a business context both verbally and in writing clearly, concisely, and comprehensively. Observing asset condition and determining status based on indicators and real-time data to prioritize and optimize the employer's maintenance resources, minimizing cost and downtime while maintaining efficiency. Knowledge of the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in the employer's maintenance practices. Applying local, regional, and international occupational health and safety policies, regulations, standards, and procedures set by the employer, and interpreting legal and internal requirements to protect people, property, and prevent market losses.

Requirements

• proficient in verbal and written communication
• experience with monitoring asset condition and interpreting indicators
• knowledge of machinery, spare parts, and tools used in the employer maintenance
• proficient in applying occupational health and safety policies, regulations, and the employer procedures
