Lead Master Data Management (MDM) Architect

Job description

The Lead MDM Architect is responsible for defining and implementing robust MDM strategies and frameworks to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across platforms and applications. The role leads cross‑functional teams to design MDM solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. It works closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable strategies. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining the MDM strategy, collaborating with business, executive, and technology departments, leading the design and architecture of scalable, high‑performance MDM solutions, establishing architectural standards and frameworks, defining data governance policies, providing expertise in data modeling, profiling, and quality assessments, overseeing and mentoring Data Quality and MDM teams, understanding data consumption patterns to optimize solutions, evaluating emerging technologies, implementing enterprise‑wide technology systems with scalability, reliability, and security, conducting regular compliance assessments, integrating new technologies seamlessly, and supporting technology project planning and execution. The position is onsite in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

Requirements

• Proven experience with MDM tools such as Inform
• Compliance
• 7+ years of experience in data management focused
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) preferred
