Requirements

• Diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a scaffolding supervisor in industrial or construction projects
• Valid Saudi Aramco scaffolding supervisor card
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco's health, safety, and environment requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to read scaffolding drawings and project specifications
