Job description
Responsible for developing and executing category strategies to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction across grocery categories. Leads supplier partnerships, commercial negotiations, assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and category performance management while ensuring product availability and delivering sustainable business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years experience managing grocery categories within retail, hypermarket, supermarket, e‑commerce, or FMCG environment
- strong knowledge of packaged food, beverages, household and grocery market dynamics
- proven experience in supplier negotiations, commercial planning, and category management
- strong analytical skills with experience in sales, margin, pricing and promotional performance analysis
- excellent stakeholder management, communication and commercial acumen with advanced Excel proficiency
