Store Manager - in Riyadh

Job description

We are looking for a Store Manager for the employer in Riyadh to ensure a seamless delivery of service within the assigned supermarket, as well as driving the supermarket’s operations to achieve maximum sales, maximum profitability, optimum stock management, increased customer satisfaction, and continued business growth. The role holder is also responsible for overseeing and implementing action plans for improvement. Responsibilities include implementing MAF Retail’s supermarket plans in line with the supermarket strategies and procedures in collaboration with the Head Office and Corporate Office, applying qualitative and quantitative analysis to measure and evaluate commercial performance, and providing recommendations to increase profitability and sales turnover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• 5+ years relevant experience as a Store Manager in the supermarket industry
• must be located in Riyadh, candidates from outside the area must be willing to relocate to Riyadh
• experience in Retail is a must
• strong people and negotiation skills - capable of easily building relationships across all levels.
