Sorting Team Leader

Job description

You will join the JINGDONG Logistics team that values collaboration, ownership, and delivering high-quality results in a fast‑paced environment. Develop scientific sorting plans based on cargo volume and timeliness targets. Allocate tasks among team members, coordinate equipment use, and ensure orderly sorting and timely dispatch. Supervise sorting workflow execution, check compliance with operational standards, and correct violations promptly. Analyze bottlenecks, optimize sorting paths and methods, and promote standardization to improve efficiency. Handle exceptions such as cargo damage or sorting errors, provide timely feedback, and coordinate solutions. Conduct random inspections to verify sorting quality and reduce error rates. Manage daily sorting team operations, organize training to enhance skills and safety awareness, monitor work status, foster a positive atmosphere, and strengthen team cohesion. Collaborate with loading/unloading, transportation, and other functions to ensure smooth handover, communicate promptly, and resolve interface issues for efficient end‑to‑end logistics flow.
