Relationship Manager

Job description

Works as a Relationship Manager at the employer within the Global Public Sector team. Responsibilities include building deep relationships with clients and prospects and identifying opportunities to develop custom AI applications to improve citizens' and residents' lives. Oversees implementation to ensure adherence to timelines and effective communication. Engages with leading research institutions for support. Partners with organizations aiming to train and educate people on AI and AI safety. Collaborates with Business Development, Go‑to‑Market, Product, Engineering, and various client teams to ensure success. Identifies high‑value use cases for custom LLM applications within government entities. Engages clients to understand their key challenges and devise appropriate solutions. Manages long‑term client relationship health by anticipating risks. Acts as the primary contact for client inquiries and issues. Works with delivery teams to track deliveries and schedules. Reviews and improves operational performance
