Electrical Engineer

Job Summary: the employer Arabia Can Company Ltd is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to maintain and improve our electrical systems, ensuring operational efficiency and safety in our manufacturing facilities. Job Responsibilities: design, develop, and maintain electrical control systems and components for manufacturing equipment · troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions in machinery, production lines, and plant infrastructure · implement preventative maintenance programs for electrical systems to minimize downtime · prepare and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings · ensure compliance with all relevant electrical safety standards and regulations (e.g., NFPA, IEC) · collaborate with other engineering disciplines and production teams to optimize processes and equipment performance · manage electrical projects from conception to completion, including budgeting and vendor coordination · conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend solutions · train and mentor junior electrical technicians as required · develop and update electrical documentation and operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field · minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment · strong knowledge of industrial control systems (PLCs, VFDs, HMI) · proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings · familiarity with relevant electrical codes and safety standards · excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills · ability to work independently and as part of a team · strong communication and interpersonal skills · experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical) is a plus.
