Financial Planning & Strategy Lead - Academy

Job description

The role leads financial strategy, planning and performance management for educational initiatives. Coordinates annual budget development, tracks strategic initiatives for board reporting, and manages risk and audit compliance. Provides high‑level project management for new initiatives, develops long‑range revenue projections, and oversees the academy's policy and procedures framework to ensure operational excellence. Designs and produces reports on program performance, cost‑benefit analysis and revenue generation with insights and recommendations. Leads annual budgeting with program managers and central operations. Develops multi‑year revenue forecasts and monitors financial execution against targets. Tracks and documents strategic initiatives and presents regular progress reports to the board and senior management. Monitors and closes risk and audit observations to ensure compliance. Produces the master event calendar and manages the annual HR and finance cycle calendar

Requirements

• bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
• MBA preferred
