Job description

The role ensures safety and effective crowd management strategies for a major mixed-use real estate project in Makkah. Develop and implement comprehensive crowd management plans aligned with project objectives. Coordinate with local authorities to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Conduct risk assessments and create contingency plans for large gatherings. Oversee crowd control measures during peak periods. Collaborate with security teams to activate emergency response plans. Guide staff training and development in crowd management techniques and safety protocols. Monitor crowd movements and behavior to mitigate risks and enhance visitor experience. Maintain records and reports of activities and incidents for continuous improvement. Work with event organizers to plan and execute high‑attendance events

Requirements

• knowledge of Viswalk, Legion, MassMotion, Pathfinder
• ability to review technical documents

• strong knowledge of crowd dynamics, safety regulations, emergency management
• experience coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services
