Are you passionate about football (soccer) and interested in growing a local football community? the employer is expanding globally and is looking for an Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow our football platform in Jeddah. This is not a conventional management job—it's an opportunity to build and operate your own local football operation while making football more accessible in your city. It's ideal for entrepreneurial individuals who are passionate about the game and driven to create meaningful, lasting impact. As an Operator & License Owner, you'll lead the growth of the employer in Jeddah—from building local partnerships and managing operations to growing an active community of players. You'll have the freedom to shape the local operation while benefiting from the systems, expertise, and support of our Singapore headquarters. Key Responsibilities include launching and growing the employer in Jeddah, building partnerships with football venues and securing quality playing locations, recruiting, coordinating, and supporting Official Hosts and local team members, driving marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community, overseeing game operations and delivering an outstanding player experience, and identifying opportunities to improve and expand the local operation. You'll receive support from our Singapore headquarters, including a technology platform for app, payments, and operations, proven operating systems and processes, and ongoing guidance across operations, marketing, and growth.

Requirements

• Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results
• Background in operations, community management, or customer experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
