Job description

the employer is looking for a specialist to join the team in Saudi Arabia. The Technology Consulting Specialist plays a major role in IT customers' educational needs and designing training materials on IT solutions, acting as a link between information technology and business customers by managing and ensuring the successful completion of business analysis tasks. Key responsibilities include analyzing client business processes and existing technology infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement. Designing, creating, developing, customizing, and maintaining training materials and resources to deliver agreed outcomes and meet accreditation through the design, configuration, and testing of training environments, including the creation of simulated data and replication of external systems, interfaces, and assessment systems. Maintaining, publicizing, and promoting the catalogue of IT learning and development activities. Arranging facilities and schedules with learning and development providers as appropriate. Developing technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with clients' business goals and objectives. Providing guidance on digital transformation initiatives, including AI, cloud computing, IoT, and big data analytics. Assisting clients in evaluating and selecting appropriate vendor technology solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation. Delivering training and support to clients to ensure adoption of new technologies, and staying updated on emerging technology trends to share knowledge with clients and internal teams. The role also involves tasks in Excel, cloud computing, Git, project management, and graphic design

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or other quantitative discipline
• Minimum of 6+ years of graphic design, technology/business analysis including proven facilitation skills
• Experience in conducting training sessions and developing training materials
• Familiarity with PMI or ITIL methods, and process mapping tools
• Proven experience in project management and leading technology implementation projects
• Ability to design and maintain training materials and simulated training environments, including creation of test data and replication of external systems
• Strong understanding of various technologies such as cloud services, AI/ML, IoT, and enterprise software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work with clients at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic
• Well-rounded experience and ability in multiple disciplines within IT including business communication, business analysis, and knowledge transfer
