Stakeholder Manager

Job description

Works at the employer at the forefront of managing relationships with key stakeholders for our diverse projects. The role ensures continuous communication channels and addresses their interests, concerns, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Develops and implements engagement strategies aligned with the employer’s commitment to delivering exceptional infrastructure solutions and building sustainable relationships with communities, clients, and relevant parties. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging stakeholders at all project development stages; creating and executing effective engagement plans according to project goals; facilitating ongoing communication between stakeholders and project teams through meetings, reports, and feedback sessions; analyzing stakeholder feedback to improve the project and enhance satisfaction; addressing issues or concerns promptly and effectively; collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate stakeholder needs into planning and execution; and monitoring and reporting on engagement activities and satisfaction levels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field
• proven ability to create and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
• strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience in facilitating discussions and negotiations
• ability to analyze information and feedback to extract actionable insights
• high organization and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• preferably a Saudi national
• proficiency in English
• proficiency in Arabic is an additional advantage
