the employer Resolve assists healthcare organisations in recruiting experienced professionals for mid‑senior level roles across acute, outpatient, rehabilitation and specialist care settings. The role covers senior nursing practice, allied health delivery, specialist patient management and clinical/team leadership. Responsibilities include delivering safe, evidence‑based, patient‑centred care per scope, guidelines and protocols, managing complex assessments, care plans, interventions and outcome evaluation, providing clinical leadership in wards, clinics, theatres, diagnostic services, community programmes or therapy teams, collaborating within multidisciplinary teams for escalation, discharge planning and continuity of care, maintaining accurate documentation, handovers and reporting, supporting patient safety, infection control, medication safety and risk management, participating in governance activities such as audits, incident reporting and improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with local regulations and accreditation (e.g., CBAHI), contributing to service improvement projects, holding a recognised professional qualification and current registration or eligibility with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, strong understanding of patient safety, proficiency with clinical documentation standards and electronic record systems. Requirements

• Supervise, mentor and support junior clinicians and students
• 5–10+ years post‑qualification clinical experience including complex case exposure and demonstrated clinical judgement
• strong communication and collaboration skills with patients, families and multidisciplinary stakeholders
• professional English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Arabic proficiency advantageous for patient‑facing roles
• current registration or eligibility with SCFHS
• strong understanding of patient safety, infection control and clinical governance
• experience with clinical documentation standards and electronic health record workflows.
