the employer Resolve is assisting mining organisations in Saudi Arabia to the employer experienced professionals. The opportunity spans multiple functions including mine and plant operations, technical services, mineral processing, maintenance and reliability, projects, and HSE leadership. Roles are targeted at mid‑ to senior‑level professionals with clear progression to superintendent, manager, or senior site/regional leadership. Responsibilities include leading or supporting safe and efficient mining and processing operations in surface or underground settings; strengthening HSE performance through risk assessments, safe work systems, incident prevention, and audit readiness; driving operational performance via production planning, KPI management, cost control, and continuous improvement; providing technical input to mine planning and scheduling, drill‑and‑blast, geotechnical control, and ventilation; optimising processing plant throughput, recovery, and product quality; overseeing maintenance and reliability strategies for mobile and fixed assets, including shutdown planning; managing contractors to ensure safe execution, quality delivery, and adherence to scope, schedule, and budget; supporting project execution and operational readiness, including commissioning and change management; building team capability through coaching and performance management; preparing clear reports for leadership and stakeholders. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology/Geoscience, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Metallurgy/ Mineral Processing, HSE, or a related discipline
• 5–12+ years progressive experience in mining, mineral processing, quarrying/aggregates, or comparable heavy industrial environments
• proven safety leadership with practical experience in risk management, incident investigation, contractor control, and HSE management systems
• experience in one or more areas: operations leadership, technical services, mine planning/scheduling, processing optimisation, maintenance/reliability, projects, or HSE
• proficiency with tools such as CMMS/EAM (SAP, Maximo), planning/scheduling software, condition monitoring tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel
• Power BI advantageous)
• strong communication and stakeholder management skills in multicultural, site‑based environments
• English proficiency required
• Arabic proficiency advantageous depending on site and stakeholder requirements
