the employer is hiring Mid‑Senior Hospitality Professionals for the Madinah region. Lead day‑to‑day hospitality operations across accommodation, F&B outlets, and events to meet service and financial targets. Drive guest experience standards, quality assurance, and service recovery. Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and performance for multicultural teams. Oversee departmental budgets, forecasting, and cost controls including labor productivity, procurement, and waste reduction. Implement SOPs, brand standards, and Saudi workplace health‑safety compliance. Maintain food safety and hygiene, audit readiness, and supplier quality controls. Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to optimize occupancy and RevPAR. Manage inventory and vendor performance for peak seasons and VIP activities. Produce operational reports, analyze KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives
